Porque no puedo acceder a mis formularios? no me acepta mi nombre de usuario o contraseña

I searched our database but I didn't find your email (lu***11@ya***.com.mx) in the records. Is that the email that you've used when you registered an account here in JotForm? I saw that there is a username (lutor11), however it is registered on a different email address.
You can use the forgot password feature in order to reset your password. Click the "Login" button and then click the "Forgot Password" text link.
Please take note the password reset instructions will be sent to the email associated on the registered account.
