I'm using jotform for movie extra submissions. I'm finding multiple submissions from different people all linked in one long email and I need to separate them into different folders...Men, Women, Children, etc. How do I separate the jotforms when they are being sent as one long email? And why are some arriving that way?....because they are done on the same day or what?Page URL:

What you're seeing isn't actually one long e-mail, but rather a "conversation" (as coined by Gmail) in which messages from the same sender are kept together. In this case, all submissions are sent from JotForm's server. This is a Gmail-specific feature and cannot be turned off.
To solve this problem, you need to make each submissions appear as if it came from a different address.
Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification > Reply-To and Recipient Settings, then set Sender Name & Email to "Full Name" and "E-mail", respectively:
The unfortunate thing is that this will work only for new submissions. Older ones will be unaffected.

Thank you for providing clear directions that were easy to follow. I hope it fixes the problem. So far jotform has been a pleasure to use.
