how to separate multiple submissions sent by amazon in one email.

    I'm using jotform for movie extra submissions. I'm finding multiple submissions from different people all linked in one long email and I need to separate them into different folders...Men, Women, Children, etc. How do I separate the jotforms when they are being sent as one long email?   And why are some arriving that way?....because they are done on the same day or what?

    What you're seeing isn't actually one long e-mail, but rather a "conversation" (as coined by Gmail) in which messages from the same sender are kept together. In this case, all submissions are sent from JotForm's server. This is a Gmail-specific feature and cannot be turned off.

    To solve this problem, you need to make each submissions appear as if it came from a different address.

    Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification > Reply-To and Recipient Settings, then set Sender Name & Email to "Full Name" and "E-mail", respectively:

    The unfortunate thing is that this will work only for new submissions. Older ones will be unaffected.

    Thank you for providing clear directions that were easy to follow. I hope it fixes the problem. So far jotform has been a pleasure to use.
