Are the uploaded images backed up in our JotForm account as well as sent to our DropBox account?

    - the images go already into our designated Dropbox folder and also get stored into our account at JotForm; so as memners, and according to payment plan, our images will be safely backed up at JP website in our account, right?

    Yes, you could say so.

    We always keep the data in your JotForm account just in case the integration is not working and simply so that you always know that you can find it here - that is as long as you do not delete the same.

    Do note that deleting the files in your DropBox or other integration will not remove the files from your JotFrom account, nor will the files be removed from your integrations if they are removed from your JotForm account.
