    Yeah, about that supposed 1 year warranty!  I bought two Jot Pro's and had both ball tips break off during a presentation for work.  I have submitted two requests for simply two replacement ball/shafts.  No answer to either. Nothing. No "We'll stand behind our products,"  "Sorry, we'll replace them," or kiss-off!


    Boiling angry at Adonit.  For what they charge for writing instruments and their funky but very useable disk tips, one would think they could afford to honor their warranty!  I don't have all freaking year long to wait.
