When I try to show the submissions, an error message says problem with browser

Asked by btgrafx on January 21, 2012 at 08:22 PM

Tried in both Firefox and Safari with same results. My client's gonna kill me if I don't get reports to him soon.

That is quite odd seeing that you're using the latest version of Firefox. I am also using Firefox but I was unable to recreate this problem. Can you please try logging out then clearing your browser's cache? After doing so, log back in and check your form's submissions page.

Get back to us if the problem still persists. Thanks!

    Didn't help. Same message :-(
Any other ideas? It happens when I select a form, then click on "submissions" at the top.
    Thanks for your help.

Can you check whether browser cookies and javascript is enabled on your browser? Please make sure that you are logged in and then access the following url to view the submissions:

    http://www.jotform.com/submissions/10732640770

Let us know if this works.

Javascript is enabled but can't find anywhere to set cookies in Firefox.
When I type in the url you want, it says "LogIn Required" but I am logged
in. And my submission #s are 13243818318 and 13411746236. Don't know what
the number is you gave me.

You can visit the following help article from Mozilla for the step by step instructions on how to set cookies settings in the browser.

How do I change Cookie Settings

Sorry about the submission page url given in my previous post, the correct page should be:

    http://www.jotform.com/submissions/13243818318

    http://www.jotform.com/submissions/13411746236

    Hope this helps.

Nope. Settings are correct and same message comes up. Today is the first
time I've had this problem. Firefox updated itself earlier today and I
wonder if that's when it started.

Just to be certain, may we know the form ID (or the form URL) that you are accessing?

Also, can you try using Chrome (to check further).

So far, I tried checking your form submissions and I was able to view your submissions list

Just had a thought. I had wi-fi installed yesterday. So I turned off wi-fi
and plugged in my air card again, tried and it works. So something in the
HughesNet wi-fi is affecting it. Thanks for your help and patience and
sorry to put you through this. Now I have to find someone who can figure
out why and how to fix the problem permanently. Any ideas, I'm sure open
    and appreciative.

    No worries, Bob.

This may be an issue with your service provider.  It would be best to contact them and explain to them this situation, so to know if there is anything being restricted form their network.

    Thanks.
