We cannot forward a filled in Jotform

    We use Jotform, but since a few months we have a problem with forwarding them.

    We receive them in our emailbox and want to forward them to our warehouse, but we cannot send them.

    We tried it so several email adresses. But he doesn't send anything.

    Can you tell if this is a common problem? Or is there a way to solve this?

    Hi Priscilla,

    The forward function seems to be fine, I was able to received the submissions being fowarded from my JotForm account. Is this what you mean on your question? Kindly check my screen below if that's what you are having trouble with.

    If this isn't what you mean, kindly provide more details, if you can attach some screenshots that would be a big help.

    Hi,

    Your example looks totally different.

    I get it as text in my email.

    It is not an attachment. So I have to forward my email and the email will never be received by the receiver.
    Not even a blanc email. Totally nothing.

    In the past there was no problem. (I heard)

    Hi,

    Sorry about that. Have you tried recreating your email notifications? Just delete the existing one and create a new notification and report here if that doesn't solve your problem. May we know also the specific email address in which it doesn't received any email messages?

    Also, I don't get the part where you said "forward them to our warehouse, but we cannot send them." can you please elabarote this part? Thank you.
