i have to delete submissions but i can not because i have no associated account !?

I see that the account is associated with a guest account and is about to be temorarily be suspended due to overlimit. You can access the form by using the same browser that you have used to create the said form.
But, if the cookie of the form is no longer available, what you can do is create a free account, using the same email address that you have used with your form (c********@li****.it). This way, the old form will be merged with the new free account that you will be creating.
If the form does not merge with the account, please let us know.
