Is it possible to send an outgoing email with an attachment every time a form is submitted?

Hi,

The idea is for our partner who is using the form to be able to upload a document to the form. Once uploaded, the partner will submit the form. The form currently posts to our leads management system, but I would like for the document to be emailed to a general inbox too.

Please let me know if this is possible.

You can configure your form notifications to go to multiple recipients, this can be done easyly , just follow this guide for further assistance :
