How do I prevent multiple selections in checkboxes?

Asked by Fifty3Degrees on November 06, 2015 at 06:07 PM

Surely there has to be a simple way to prevent multiple checkboxes from being selected!

The purpose of a checkbox field is to allow users to select more than 1 option. You can learn more about it here.

Radio Button: Radio buttons are for one choice answer.

Check Box: Used for multiple choices.

If you want to limit a checkbox field to only have a specified number of options selected, you can change the properties as shown below.

    Thank you for contacting us.

That Ted says is right, you should use the radio buttons if you want the user only select one option, but also if you want you can limit the number of options selected as explained in the image above.

Please, if you need more help, feel free to contact us.
