Formatting Email Response - RESOLVED

I am trying to format my email response form for, formID=52954614877974.

Right now I have 4 and only one is designed how I want them. Every time I try to change the look of the others they revert back to the default. I have never had this happen to me before. I went and looked at some other response emails and they have reverted back to default format also.

Please help to fix this issue.

I found the problem - it had data lock on.
