We work for a condo association and we don't have a website. We need the owners to fill in consent forms online.
Are the forms kept on your server? (so that people can go to your site to fill them in)
or will we have to make a website or a WordPress page?

Forms, form submissions and/or data are kept in our server under your account. Although there are ways for you to embed your form in a website or a WordPress page, you can also give out the link to your form to your submitters. They can access your form through their browser with the form link and fill up. Once they submit your form, the submission data will be stored in your account and can be viewed on your account under submission page. How-to-view-Submissions
Once you have completed and saved your form, you can get its link through,
You can also send your form link directly from the form builder page. You can check the instructions on this guide for that: How-to-Send-a-form-via-email
Here's a sample link to one of my forms: https://form.jotform.com/52969013941965
I hope this helps. Should you have any questions or you need any clarifications with the information above, please feel free to get back to us and we will be glad to help you. Thank you.

By the way, you can view your forms on MyForms page once you're logged in to you account.
