The last 24 hours we have received 35 payments using our template "Julekoncert 2015 Billetbestilling" - but no email notifications are received in our inbox.
An email test on the mentioned template succeeds without problems.

Please refer to the Paypal Incomplete Payment FAQ as well.
You may want to enable IPN on your Paypal Payment form as well.

For incomplete payment submissions, the default email setting is set to NO. This means that submissions that were not completed up to payment, will not send the Notification email as well.
You can override this setting though. Check this guide:
