    Could you please up my ssl transactions while PO is being processed.

    I have Faxed in my PO to Plimus and recieved confirmation that they have recieved ot to upgrade my account to the Premium.   I have a form that I would like to send out as soon as possible that requires payment.   I am not sure how long it will take to process the po and upgrade the account, but until that happens would it be possible to up my SSL transactions and payment transactions now so that I send out that form, maybe something like a 15-30day tryal type of thing.

    Your PO is now approved, your account is now at Premium status. 

    You are good to go.

    I just logged into my account and it still lists it as being the free edition.  Also even more pressing is that I filled out the form and thought it was set for payment processing but neither my account nore authorize.net has a record of the transaction.

    Your account is marked as Premium on our server, is it this 'msjadmin ' account? 

    Try logging out and back in again to see the change on your PC.

    is this other issue on your 'RCS Re-Registration Form ' form?

    Yes the form is the RCS-Re-Registraion Form.   I am currently trying a new Trasaction Key.   I will let you know if it works.

    Your recent test does seem to have went through on authorize.net OK there. 

    Does it appear to be working ok now?

    Your account is definately Premium on our server. 

     

    I would try logging out, and clearing yor browser cache. The change as far as your submission limits on your forms is now in place regardless of what your PC is saying.

    Clearing the cache worked.

    I think payment is going to go through.   The trasaction has not been processed by authorize.net but there is a hold on my bank account for the correct amount.

     

    Question 1?  Since I am entering in a credit card info how do I set the form to be secure? (I noticed that the payment submissions count went up but the secure submissions still lists as 0)

    Question 2? Is there a way to bring the person filling out the form to a recipt page that can be printed?  and/or a setting for emailing a recipt.

    1) to create an SSL URL of your form, 

    Get the 11 digit unique ID of your form; its the number at the end of any embed code that you use. 

    add that number onto https://secure.jotform.com/form/ 

     

    2) Yould create an email recipt by customising the composition of an autoresponder email
