    Hi:

Is it possible to configure sending uploaded files to a drop box system without also storing a copy of the upload on the jotform servers?

I am trying to design a submission form for a Film Festival. Part of the process is to upload a short film for review. If accepted by the review panel, the film is then uploaded to Vimeo. These filmes are under 250MB, but with 60 or more submissions, this still amounts to a large stograge requirement size overall.

So I really do not need a copy of the films in 2 places, as currently the dropbox integration seems to COPY the file to dropbox. instead, is there a way to MOVE the file to the dropbox, instead of storing a copy on jotform as well? Or, can the submission be edited so that the attachment is deleted from the jotform system manually, but kept on dropbox?

Any other suggestions to make this affordable?

    Thanks, Juergen

    Hello Juergen,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You are right, the solution is to clean your JotForm submissions from time to time. In this case your JotForm account space quota will be refreshed, and DropBox files will not be touched.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help you.
