System Down for a bit 09.11.2015

    HI

    Is there a way to retrieve the form once user was completing and it just froze for abt 15 minutes and could not complete the document

     

    Could you please check is there is a way to retrieve. The document is set to save

    Hi,

     

    I checked the form and I was able to see that you have enabled the Auto fill feature. This feature saves the data in the computer browser cache the user use in filling up the form. You can try to load the page on the same computer and browser and see if the data will be loaded. If the data is loaded, please try to submit again. If the data was not loaded, unfortunately, there is no other way to retrieve the data other than manually inputting the data again.
