ola gravei um tutorial sobre formulário do site (jotform.com) não estou ganhando nada com isso e só pra ajudar algumas pessoas que querem colocar um formulário em seu site mas preciso de uma autorização por escrito de vocês pra fazer esta divulgação ,com certeza vai ser pra vocês.
