Can we upgrade our plan for a temporary amount of time?

we are a nonprofit animal rescue and we use jot form for our adoption application.  we get extremely busy with applications for Christmas kittens and will probably go over our 100 application limit we are wondering if we could upgrade to the unlimited account but only for a two month. This would help us rescue more cats during the busy time at the end of the year however we don't need unlimited capability during the year and we would like to save that money so that we could rescue more animals thank you.

Please be noted that you can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime. If you want to upgrade your account only for two months, you can upgrade your account to monthly subscription and then cancel the subscription anytime after the first renewal or before the second months renewal date.
