Feature Request – JotForm, Edit previous submissions using the form

I’m still interested in this feature to be provided by Jotform. I would like to search for a previous submissions, then pick one and edit it. For example for open data: a user wants to change his submission from another browser, so he searches for his email, he picks his form from the list, he will get the form populated with his previous entries. Another example for closed data: An office manager contacts a user about an issue in his submission. The office manager makes the correction using the form.

    Thank you for contacting us.

It is already possible to allow your users to update their form submissions at a later date. Inside of this guide you can find out how to do it:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

However if you want to allow your users to edit their submissions and you do not have Autoresponder, there is another way for your users to edit submissions.

You would need to find submission on your account and sent your users edit link. Inside of this thread there is a detail explanation by EliezerN how this can be done.

And if you want to edit submission inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
