We are getting a Form over quota error. We're only at 202 submissions and we're set for 775. Any idea what I need to do to get this back up and running?

Hi,
The form itself is not over quota, however, the account that houses the form is over quota. Free accounts are allowed up to 100 submissions per month. The account housing that form has received more than double that.
To restore the form, you would either need to upgrade to one of our subscriptions:

Or wait until the monthly reset on December 1st.
