I have logged in to your account and I could not replicate mentioned issue.
I was able to edit your form.
Are you still unable to edit your form inside of Form Builder? You can try to log out and log in again, to see if that will resolve your issue. You can also try with different browser. If you are still unable to edit your form please provide us a screenshot of error message that you are getting. Also please tell us which browser and device are you using.
