Hello we are testing an online form called Job Request form and when submitting they are not appearing in the submissions list.
Email is being received ok but there is no record of the form in the submissions folder.
Please can you advise if there is a problem.
The reason is because you are in Europe. Our system is now set to transfer everyone from Europe to European servers only and as such you can no longer see the data when accessing your account over www.jotform.com which serves data from US.
To make sure that you see your submissions and everything works for you properly, you should instead log into your account after going to eu.jotform.com which serves the data from Germany.
