Why is my form showing as deleted?

    This is live on my list but when I try and open it, I am told it has been deleted

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Upon checking this form https://form.jotform.com/53133219240949, I'm unable to find it anywhere. May I know if you have deleted it purposely after reporting it?

    I see that it is somehow a clone of an original form, could you try cloning it again and see if you are still getting the "Form not found" error? We'll wait for your response.

    Hi,

    I see that this form is now in the "Trash" folder, you can restore it by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms.

    Let us know if that works.
