Thanks for letting us about this, seems like the Dropbox integration is not working right now, I could not even integrate:

Hi again, your PDF submission gets forwarded to your Dropbox, but the PDF file would not open, does any error message appear when trying to open the PDF file? If yes please share a screenshot: https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033-How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum
