I have cropped my photo before it's uploaded, then when I try to add it to the form, there is a huge white edge on the bottom. How do I eliminate that?
Thank you!

I am assuming that you are referring to your first image which contains a white space ate the bottom
If this is the case I have just copied it and into PAINT and the image has a white area. To eliminate this you would have to crop it and eliminate the white area. After that you can just re-upload your image.
Please let us know if this helps.

issue is that the new uploaded document has that space. When I open the
source on my desktop, the neat trim images opens.
Thanks!

Could you please verify that you are using the correct image URL.
Instead of using mahi 3 (2).jpg, the correct one might be just mahi 3.jpg
Please let us know if this helps.

It's happening with the new grouper I am trying to insert as well.
Thank you for fixing the mahi portion. Is there something I am doing wrong?
Much appreciated,
Evan

I am assuming that you are referring to the following image.
I just verified the image. It also contains white areas on top and bottom. Please verify that the URL of the image is correct. You may have uploaded using a different name as before.
Please let us know if you still require our assistance.
