He clonado un formulario desde otro anterior. Lo he modificado y guardado. El formulario en el gestor se ve correctamente pero cuando intento verlo en la web me indica "El formulario ha sido borrado por el propietario" y no me dejar acceder al formulario.

I think it's a common problem that it will be fixed! I have the same problem....

Our sincere apologies.
The form was not actually deleted, it was due to the replication delay between our servers, but it should be working fine by now.
I can view your forms from here now.
