On JotForm 1. Can I build a drop down list with check boxes (see attached picture). 2. Can I import info into the drop down?

    Sorry but no, that is not possible with JotForm. Such a feat would require custom jquery codes, such as that in this page where the image you attached came from.Unfortunately, JotForm does not allow javascript to be embedded on the form.

    You may, however, use scripts with the form if you use the form's source codes, embed scripts all you want, then host it on your own server. In this case, you must know programming very well as JotForm cannot guarantee full functionality for customized form codes.
