    Yes, this can be done via the Free Text (HTML) tool. Just type the link text into the text area, drag the mouse over the text to select it, click the Insert/edit link button, enter the link's URL, click "Update" and save the form.

    Injected CSS can be used to adjust the margins and padding of free text fields in relation to adjacent fields.
