All my forms have disappeared on my webpage and at jotform. I asked about this problem six days ago and I got still no real answers or solutions.
Boris, you said you will forward the problem to jotform's developer. Any responses?
I really need my forms back !

I checked the forms quickly, most of them work again. The "Contact us" form doesn't react properly, I don't get the email with the information and the link to my "Thank you" page on the website doesn't work.
l will do some more checks tomorrow, and let you know how it will work out.

I did a test submission using the direct link of your Contact Us form - http://www.jotform.me/form/50450541302440 and I was able to submit the form properly. The form seems to be working fine. If you are still encountering this issue, can you provide to us the exact URL where you have embedded the form so we can further check the issue?

I did a test run with the "contact us" form as well. The form loads properly and I can submit the form, but in the email notification I don't get the questions and answers to the form.
The other forms I use are working fine now.

Thank you for the confirmation, kindly try removing then re-adding the email notification to the affected "Contact Us" form.
Also ensure that the src attribute of the iframe you have used to embed the form has the form URL in it.
