Dear all,
hope you can help me out on this.
In the field "TOTALE SI" I need to see the total value of affermative answers.
How can I get this field autofilled with the total amount of affermative answers?
Thank you in advance

If you want to add values on the fields and sum them up, then you can do that by assigning calculation values on them then use the form calculation widget to sum them up.
However, I noticed that you are using check box field for questions answerable by Yes/No (Si/No). It would be best to use the Radio button field instead to limit the answers of the users to only one.
You can then follow this guide on how to add calculation values on the option of the radio buttons: http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value.
To sum them up, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
Here's a cloned form that I made: https://form.jotform.com/53143756202954?. You can clone it and see how I set it up: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Let us know if that works.
