Create PDF form keeping PDF design after filled

Hi,

i have imported my PDF form (http://www.garantiasyavales.com/formulario.pdf) using JotForm tool (http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative) and jotform return me back this (http://www.jotform.com/nicamaxi/53143438508960). Now customers can fill the PDF and send data to me, ok...but i receive plain text and i need my pdf form to keep its design as here http://www.garantiasyavales.com/formulario.pdf

I want to receive the PDF form filled from customers the easiest way possible so i can directly print it and have it physically with data and the original design.

So, just in case my english is too bad, i need this PDF (http://www.garantiasyavales.com/formulario.pdf) filled by customers, keeping its design. 

Is this posible with JotForm? I really need your assistance with this one , please help me!

Unfortunately, the submission data received from the fillable PDF forms will be presented in our default layout in the submissions page.

What your users can do is saved the fillable PDF form with the fields completed then send them directly to you the edited or completed PDF form.

thanks for helping. This solution isn't the one i need because i need my customers to fill it without a pdf software. I found the solution on pdfescape.com forms. JotForm needs to work on this kind of form because you are losing money :-)

The downloaded fillable PDF forms can be filled out using an Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit.
