My form is not calculating correctly.  It was working before but now it gets stuck at $300 when square footage is entered.  The cost should show these numbers when they fall within the range.

    Less than 1501 $275.00
    1501 to 2000 sq. ft. $300.00
    2001 to 2500 sq ft $325.00
    2501 to 3000 sq. ft. $350.00
    3001 to 3500 sq. ft. $375.00
    3501 to 4000 $400.00
    4001 to 4500 sq ft $425.00
    4501 to 5000 sq ft $450.00
    Great than 5000 Call

    Hi,

I checked your form and your conditions appear to be setup incorrectly.  All of the conditions related to your square footage are using OR conditions, which are likely causing conflicts:

Form was calculate and now its not Image 1 Screenshot 20

All of your conditions for that field are set to be met if any of those conditions are met.  So any number entered will meet all the conditions since it will be less than their max value.  For example, if I enter "1", it will be less than 5001, less than 4500, less than 4000 and so on.  So if I enter 1, it will match all 5 conditions and select whichever currently has priority.

If you change those conditions to "All" instead of "Any" they should work properly once again.  Here is my copy of the form with adjustments made:

Thank you.  That was a dumb mistake.  I get confused because if you use 4500 to 5001, you can say do this operation for ALL these numbers in-between, or you can say do this operation for ANY of these numbers in-between.   Sounds the same.  Anyway, it worked with ALL.
