    Hi,

    You account, "cashflowgroup", is currently over its file storage limits.  If you would like to continue to use the Free plan, all you would need to do is delete enough of your submissions that have files attached to get back below the 100mb limit for Free accounts.

    If you need to retain all of your submissions and file uploads, you can indeed subscribe to one of your monthly subscriptions:

    http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    This would give you a much larger file storage limit.

    You are now at 92mb/100mb.  If you click on the human icon in the top right, the pop-up will show your current limits:

    Though you are now back below your limits, you are still close to being over again.  The downgrade that was pending for being over your limits was removed.

    Ok, got the email deal down. Now, though, for some reason when the form is emailed it has lost it’s nice JotForm style formatting that it had – see below the nicer formatting I’m talking about.

    Now it is seems to just be all left justified w/ no formatting when it comes, See at the very bottom a sample of how it looks now. Not sure what else I did when I changed emails but apparently something.
