How to edit a form made by somebody else

I paid somebody to make me a form via Fiverr which I am happy with.  Great site folks if you haven't yet used it.

She send me a URL which let me know the form was made in this site.  I found the site, signed on for the free option and was hoping I might be able to make changes to the form in the future, i.e. date of registration/renewal etc.

Is this possible?  When I click on the url in the message she sent me the form pops up but I can't edit it.

Any help for this newbie appreciated.

    Hi,

You could have her share the form with you as a sub-users:

Or, you could clone the form to your own account:

This would give you a copy of the form in your account.  You would then have full access to the copy.
