Error: This form is currently unavailable

Hello,

I setup for the free account version. I made a form a little ways back and was able to use it but yesterday I updated and reposted it onto my site it was there but when i check back this morning it is no longer there and its telling me now that the "FORM IS NOT AVAILABLE"....none of the forms are anymore.

What could be the issue??
