How to Customize the generated PDF Report

PDF that is generated with each order?
I can see that there are some new functions to customize the pdfs, can you
please send me some more information on this?

Can we customise what is generated on the PDFs?

You can customize the PDF output of submisison using the Customize PDF option in the View Submissoin page.

Does this customize an individual PDF or act as a template to customise all PDF's belonging to the same form?

Ideally, I want the customised PDF to act as a template for all submission on the form.

When you customize it, save it, and that will be the design applied to all your submissions for that specific form.
