We're having trouble with the relationship between JotForm and PayPal. The following was never issue until JotForm upgraded a couple of months ago.
At the end of the month when we consolidate payments made from JotForm through PayPal we are experiencing a problem with the item descriptions. The descriptions for every single transaction just say, "Shopping Cart" when on JotForm we list items specifically (ie. LLYD Workbook, Student LG Workbook, Men's Retreat, etc.). But none of the transactions descriptions in PayPal reflect this. Thus, we can't designate where the money needs to go on our finance side. Especially if items are worth the same amount of money yet only have "Shopping Cart" description. There's no way of knowing what an item is unless we compare purchaser's names, which takes a very long time to do.
Any ideas on how to get PayPal to read these items as described instead of "Shopping Cart"?

I added this to our bug list. We will look into it. Thanks.

I think you mean the history report you download from PayPal site. Unfortunately, there is no way to change that from our end. You should get a report from JotForm and using dates compare two reports and find out which payment was made for which products.
I think this is something you need to request from PayPal. Please contact them and ask them if it is possible to include list of products on the report. Instead of just saying "Shopping Cart Payment Received" on the column.
