Grading widget formatting inside of Notification

I have aligned the 'box' to the left - but when I get my form submission the number I place in the box comes out at the end of the 'sentence'  I want it to appear in the same place on the submission (pdf) as the box appears on the form itself. 

You can see in the screen shot that the number that was entered into the 'box' on the form is placed at the end of the 'sentence' on the submitted form .

I have inspected your form and I saw that you are using Grading widget. 

I have tried to do what you want and unfortunately it is not possible to change the place of the values of input fields inside of PDF and Notification.

The values that are entered will always be placed at the end. Because grading widget is representing one field itself it has one properties value {criticalThinking1} that will display entered data in format like it is on picture attached.

Seems that formatting is something that is done in the backend of the Jotform code and user can not change formatting of it.
