Back & Next buttons do not work for some users

I use Back and Next buttons on most of my forms. It works perfectly for some users, but for others the buttons either don't work at all or they work once and then stop working. Thoughts or list of technical requirements on this?

There are no specific requirements for using Back and Next buttons on your page. It should work as any other form works. Since you say it doesn't work for some users only, the issue may be with the browser. We generally recommend to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to use with JotForm. Some older version browsers may not be able to render the page correctly and might be seeing some issues with the scripts on the form. 

Also, if the form is embedded on any your webpages and experiencing this issue you may consider embedding the form using iframe embed method. Please go through the guide below for getting iframe embed code.
