Cannot access form.

I can access the website www.jotform.com but when i try to view the form i created, the connection resets and gives me an error:

"Unable to connect, Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at form.jotform.com."

I was able to view form just last week and now it wont open. We do have a content filter in place but when i bypass that filter it works fine i am able to view the form. Given mimimal access from filter it still wont let me view the form. PLEASE HELP!!!!

If you are able to view forms when you disable the filter, that would mean this is the issue. Could you please indicate how you configured your content filter so we may better assist you.
