We have a jotform going:
Apparently when members try to fill out the form it doesn't let them and brings up an error message indicating we are over out jotform quota.
This happened with the last lot of jotforms we used in the last couple of weeks and was resolved, although it took a few tries for it to properly work. Its really unfortunate that it has happened again - we can't keep using the forms if it will happen with each one we send out!
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have checked and mentioned form is located on account IceDragons and that account is overlimit. As free user you have a limit of 10 Payment submissions and there is currently 14 Payment submissions that account. Because of that forms are disabled.
It seem that you have upgraded wrong account. We can transfer your subscription from account IceDragonsOps to account IceDragons. Or we can move forms from account IceDragons to account IceDragonsOps, but that request must be made form account IceDragons.
