Keeping forms private

We would like to use this service but wouldn't want the public to find our internal forms online. Is there any way we can limit who can see the forms (only people with links to the forms). I noticed that through the analytics, a couple of my recently authored forms are being viewed in China.

Because I'm creating these for internal company use, it would be great if we could limit the audience to our staff.

    Thank you for contacting us.

We do not give google list of forms or anything like that. The form IDs are also almost impossible to guess. It must be linked from a public page. That's the only way google can find and index it.

To find out where it is linked from you can try adding google analytics to your form:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/app/google_analytics

Once you embed your form to the website it will be searched and available online and be indexed by Google or any search engines. You may want  to password protect the form so that only authorized users can view it.

You may also visit the following thread for more information on how you can keep your form private.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
