I am trying to get the Submission View app to work with one of my forms. I click on "get now" which takes me to a page which asks me to log in. I do so, it tells me I've logged in successfully and that it's redirecting me but then it takes me straight back to the log in screen. I have tried logging out entirely and going from there but it makes no difference. I have tried other apps, again no change.... Am I missing something or is there something funky about the log in page?

Could you please elaborate a bit more on what you mean with "GET ANY APP"? Are you having problems login into the application? or you trying to get widget from the widget page?
I just verified your account and it seems to be fine and active. I was also able to get a widget on my form with no issue.

I am wanting to "get now" the "Submission View" app. I can log in to view my forms and edit them ect. but when I try click the get now button it takes me to a page pictured below and asks me to log in, I do so but it simply reloads the log in. I tired it again just now but no luck. It's the same if I try to get other apps so it's not the app...

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Which version of IE you are using and having issue with? I did check the "Submission View" app in my IE 11 and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. Even after successful sign in, it still displays the sign in window again.
I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.
For now, I would suggest you to use chrome or firefox browser and that should solve your problem.

Thank you. I'm using IE11 so that must be where the issue is. Unfortunately, I'm at work so I can't use a different browser. At least I know it's not me though!

As my colleague indicated, this issue has already been raised to our team. They are currently working to solve it. As soon as we have any update on the progress we will let you know through this thread.
