I cannot pay.

    I have been a paying customer for a few months. Recently, the system stopped accepting my payments and now I have been switched to a free acount. I am out of submissions and need to get back to the pay account ASAP.

    We are limited to charging to company within the US. Has your payment processing changed recently?

    Everytime I try to submit payment I am denied.

    I believe Plimus are effectively acting as our U.S based reseller, so i don't think that would be issue. 


    Have you been able to log into Plimus and check your registered cards' details? 

    Do you have access to another card? 

    What is exactly is happening when you say the 'payment is denied'?
