Hi, just created a new form, I need to upgrade to a bigger payment plan but every time I try is says every username I try isn't available
My account is registered to email@example.com
My Phone number is 0752 1927195 I'm desperate to get this issue fixed as I need to get this form on my site ASAP please get back to me asap!

I have checked your email address and you have quest account. We have a lot of users so it is possible that some of the usernames are already taken. Please try to find username that is available.

When you sign up with same email address your form will automatically be moved from your guest account to your free account. Then you can upgrade your account. More about different account types you can find on our pricing page.
