It is saying my password is incorrect. How do I edit these details?

Hello ashleymunn,
With which form you are having this issue with? It seems you have deleted the last edited form #51884052216150.
I did check the other form you have in your account and it seems to correctly integrated with salesforce but now the password is expired. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to change the Salesforec account password and then reintegrate your form with salesforce.
