May I know what form is missing the submissions?
I can see that you are a sub-user account. On the My Forms page, please make sure you are on the "aptusmerchantservice" folder in order to see the shared forms with you.
If it is still the same, then please log out from JotForm. Close and reopen the browser and then please log back in to your account.
