Having problems creating forms using iPhone

I tried to creat a form using my iPhone on safari but since it's  Mobile the  ride and drop beach or to add stuff to the forum is not working for me. Is there an alternate negative way to use my iPhone to create forms or in my restricted to   Using a laptop or desktop computer?

The form builder itself is not fully optimized for the mobile clients at the moment, but our developers are currently working on the builder rewriting to provide our users with better experience.
