How can I enable a from. The preview option says the form is unavailable. I also cannot see the form when I embed it into my Weebly page.

    Your account was auto-suspended by our system because our phishing detector software was suspicious about one of your forms which was asking for credit card information. However, upon examining the form in question to ensure that it was collecting the sensitive credit card info (CC number and security code) through one of our payment processors (Stripe, in this case) and not directly, I was satisfied that the form was okay. As such, I have whitelisted that form, so that the phishing detector would ignore it should it encounter it again and re-enabled your account.
