I pull up previous submissions of the form and the printing of multiple lines is fine. This just started yesterday.

You should reset the PDF file, to do it just go to the Submissions View and then click on customize PDF :
Now Click on the Reset button , but don't click on Save :
Your PDF report should back to normal again.
