I've tried searching our records for the account registered with your email addressed and unfortunately I'm not able to find any accounts registered except for a guest account created yesterday.
Could you provide us with the invoice received of the charge or the screenshot of your statement showing the charge so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance? Please let us know if you have received the invoice on the same email address. It it is a different one, please provide us with the other email address so that we can search for the accounts once again.
